Senior Manager, Human Resources
Tiffany has a background in global human resources leadership and operations. Her areas of focus include talent management, leadership development, and training, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. Tiffany has also served as executive coach to operational leadership teams for over a decade.
At Equal Measure, Tiffany guides HR and talent management infrastructure and initiatives focused on internal teams, in support of overall business goals. She plays an integral role in creating and supporting programs that enhance staff engagement and foster a culture of belonging and inclusion aligned with the organization’s mission and strategy.
Tiffany brings extensive human resources leadership and consulting experience from several industries to Equal Measure, such as health care, oil and gas, technology, and engineering. Providing leadership to both domestic and international teams, Tiffany guided human capital business solutions, including talent acquisition, labor relations, change management, employee relations, and organizational design. As a project manager, she led many cross-functional teams and focus groups to solve diverse and complex business challenges. Prior to joining Equal Measure, Tiffany held the role of Director of Talent Management and head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for a medical technology company.
