Dina brings over 14 years of administrative, accounting, HR, and operations experience gained at startups, multinational manufacturers, and nonprofit organizations.

At Equal Measure, Dina supports staff with benefits administration, payroll, and general HR responsibilities in addition to assisting the Finance team with accounts payable, reporting, and more.

Prior to joining Equal Measure, Dina worked as the operations manager at Strategic Community Partners, where she handled accounting, HR, and office management for the organization as well as client projects and grants management. She is also the founder and former vice president of the music and arts nonprofit Seraphine Collective, an inclusive, supportive, and active community of feminists designed to foster creative expression and camaraderie among marginalized musicians and artists in Detroit. Seraphine Collective is a sponsored project of Allied Media Projects and a recipient of the 2016 Knights Arts Challenge as well as multiple grants from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA).
