Emily Garr Pacetti
Acting Board Secretary
Emily Garr Pacetti is a senior principal at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. She oversees the department’s research, policy analysis, and community outreach throughout the Cleveland Fed’s Fourth Federal Reserve District. Emily joined the Bank in July 2017.
Prior to her current position, Emily was associate director at The Rockefeller Foundation, for which she developed and managed initiatives designed to support more equitable long-term economic development in the United States. Prior to joining The Rockefeller Foundation, she was director of research and evaluation at the Cleveland-based Fund for Our Economic Future, a philanthropic collaborative dedicated to making the Northeast Ohio region economically competitive and inclusive. She has also worked for the Metropolitan Policy Program at the Brookings Institution and the Economic Policy Institute, both in Washington, DC.
