As part of our ongoing Advancing Equity in Communities communications exploration, we partnered with Stanford Social Innovation Review to elevate stories of communities breaking down structural barriers to opportunity, making change happen, and improving outcomes in areas such as expanding access to college, enhancing the financial well-being of families, and helping youth build pathways to careers. This blog series aims to inspire new and inform current conversations about the role of equity in the development and evaluation of philanthropic investments. It is also a call to action for other communities and funders to engage in projects where equity is a central component.
